Summary

Each class or group of classes is designed to introduce a new skill or further improve already acquired skills.

The Level 2 class has no ridged syllabus since members of the class are expected to already have a firm grasp of the core techniques and footwork of the dance.

The classes are structured so that a variety of topics are addressed dependant upon members needs. Each topic will be taught over a number of consecutive weeks and then revisited as needs be.

Topics include, multiple axial spin variations, multiple pivot turns, quick direction change, unusual drop and catches, lead/follow drills, posture and balance, partner connection, body isolations, etc.

Basic class structure would be:
30 min - Shines/Footwork/etc
30 min - Review of previous weeks work
60 min - New technique/turn pattern.

Turn patterns taught are compact and challenging focusing on 1 or 2 key elements each class. Shines are taught individually and also in the context of a routine.

Class size is limited to 16
